REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

~Past experience producing content for the web, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, SlideShare, e-book, Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok etc.) hence building audiences both online & offline.

~ A dual-minded approach: highly creative & an excellent writer, also process-driven, think scale & rely on data to make decisions.

~ Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop & InDesign).

~ A passion & strong understanding of the industry & our business' mission & vision statements.

~ Exceptional writing & editing skills, as well as the ability to adopt the style, tone, & voice of our business' various types of content.

~ Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, external influencers & industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders & our audience.

~ Analytical mind & interest in using data to optimize/scale blog marketing strategies & tactics.

~ Excellent organizational skills to work independently & manage projects with many moving parts.

Minimum Qualification Requirements

~ BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience.

~ 2-3 years of social media digital marketing and content creation experience.

~ A  great writer and editor who can keep our brand's voice consistent across daily published content and understand how to use our blog to generate qualified traffic and leads for the business.

~ Have experience creating and implementing effective content strategies with a portfolio of content you’ve created and be prepared to talk about how the content performed have supported overall business objectives.

Job Description

We are looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce various types of downloadable content and blog regularly, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. A savvy wordsmith to join our team. 

Candidates must have a knack and love for writing, a comprehensive understanding of the industry, and experience in social media admin, content creation and blogging to achieve business goals. The candidate will be expected to sustain and develop the company's voice across all blog content as this role is at the core of the marketing team, and will have others rely on his/her work every single day.
