The proposal took place at Club 10, in Lagos during an outing.
We learnt Ms Macauley’s close friends were in on the plan, but the actress, completely in the dark was extremely overwhelmed by the gesture.
Little surprise she broke into tears of joy when 2face proposed.
On Twitter and BlackBerry Messenger, friends have been congratulating the pair.
Its indeed about time.
